The Archer is a premium apartment development on Hely Street in Canberra's Inner South, within walking distance of Kingston Foreshore. The building contains 97 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with generous balconies, enclosed courtyards and landscaped communal gardens.
The Archer brought high-end apartment living to Griffith, and CPS was proud to deliver the concrete pumping, placing and finishing for Bloc on this $30 million project. From the basement car park through each suspended level, our crews worked to Bloc’s programme to keep the structure moving on a tight inner-suburban site.
With large balconies, wraparound courtyards and a precast façade, the slabs had to be accurate, level and ready for high-quality finishes from day one. Our team delivered consistent pours and finishes that met Bloc’s standards. The result is one of Griffith’s most sought-after addresses.
