Southport is a major residential development on the Tuggeranong waterfront, delivered by Geocon as part of the Southquay precinct in Greenway. The 360-unit Southport building offers resort-style amenity, including a 25-metre lap pool, luxurious plunge pool, 200-square-metre gym, landscaped gardens, a steam room and a sauna, with views over Lake Tuggeranong and the mountains.
CPS partnered with Geocon to pump, place and finish the concrete structure for Southport, one of the largest residential projects on Canberra’s south side. Across multiple buildings and levels, our crews delivered basement, podium and suspended slab pours on a fast-moving residential program, with placing booms and pumps working in unison to keep the structure cycling floor by floor.
CPS’s experienced finishing teams delivered consistent, high-quality slabs ready for fit-out, helping Geocon bring 360 new homes to the shores of Lake Tuggeranong.
