Seventy One is a boutique residential development on Constitution Avenue in Campbell, built by Hindmarsh on the site of the company's original office. The project delivers 71 apartments and a Signature Collection of executive residences, along with terrace homes fronting Getting Crescent, two ground-level commercial spaces and 187 parking spaces. A mezzanine level features a full height landscaped atrium with tiered gardens and a feature gas fire pit, with further communal areas including an outdoor BBQ zone and green wall.
CPS worked with Hindmarsh to pump, place and finish the concrete structure at Seventy One. Our crews delivered the basement parking levels, ground floor commercial and the suspended slabs through the apartment levels and the terrace homes fronting Getting Crescent.
The full-height landscaped atrium running through the building removed the straightforward floor repetition most apartment structures rely on, calling for careful setting out and edge treatment around the void on every level, while the tiered planters and landscaped communal decks needed load-bearing slabs with the right falls and set-downs for waterproofing. Working on Constitution Avenue in an established Campbell streetscape, CPS planned pump positions and pour windows around live traffic and neighbouring residents, delivering the high-quality slab finishes the project’s owner-occupier market demanded.
