Bay Pavilions is the new leisure, aquatic and arts precinct in Batemans Bay, delivered by ADCO Constructions for Eurobodalla Shire Council. Replacing the town's former Mackay Park pool, the facility provides a 25-metre, eight-lane pool with ramp access, a warm-water therapy pool, an indoor leisure pool with learn-to-swim and toddler areas, water-play areas and waterslides, a gym, group fitness rooms, and amenities, alongside arts and cultural facilities including the 350-seat Yuin theatre, rehearsal space, gallery and multi-purpose rooms. The project was awarded the MBA award for excellence in construction in 2022.

CPS worked with ADCO Constructions to pump, place and finish the concrete throughout the Bay Pavilions precinct. The scope covered the pool shells, concourse slabs, ground slabs and suspended structure across both the aquatic and arts halves of the building — a demanding mix of pours, with pool and wet-area concrete requiring precise levels, falls and finishes to suit the waterproofing and tiling that followed. Working in a coastal environment on a live community site, our crews coordinated closely with ADCO to keep the program moving through wet weather and COVID-era supply constraints, delivering a durable, high-quality concrete structure for one of the South Coast’s most significant community facilities.
