82W is a residential development on Wentworth Avenue, Kingston, delivered by Bloc on the former WIN newsroom site. The development comprises 143 apartments over seven levels including ground, with one, two and three-bedroom options across 45 floor plans. Residents enjoy a private gym and wellness space, basement parking and a landscaped internal park, in a location within easy reach of Manuka, Kingston Foreshore and the Griffith precincts.
CPS worked with Bloc to pump, place and finish the concrete structure at 82W. Our crews delivered the basement, ground floor and suspended slabs through to the roof, working within a tight inner-suburban site bounded by Wentworth Avenue and Burke Crescent. Careful pump set-ups and staged pours kept traffic and neighbouring residents unaffected while maintaining the floor cycle Bloc needed.
CPS’s finishing teams delivered the flat, high-quality slab surfaces required for the development’s premium fit-out, supporting the delivery of 143 new homes in one of Canberra’s most established inner-south locations.
